US$49 for one tailored plan
The one-time planning fee covers one tailored itinerary recommendation, provider suggestions and one follow-up planning reply. It is separate from all travel costs and is not credited against an activity or accommodation booking.
When work begins
Submit your planning intake and complete checkout. The first tailored plan is due within 48 hours of receiving both the completed intake and confirmed payment. Use the same email for your intake and checkout to help us resolve any matching questions.
Booking and payment responsibilities
Your travel providers confirm availability, final prices, inclusions, booking terms and payment directly with you. A sample plan or provider suggestion does not reserve any service. Check each provider’s cancellation terms before booking.
Changes and refunds
The existing service policy allows a planning-fee refund before planning work begins. If you need to cancel or change your request, contact Dereck promptly with your reference. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. Provider refunds are governed separately by the provider’s terms and applicable law.

Activity operations, conditions and availability can change. Planning guidance does not guarantee wildlife sightings, entry permissions or a particular provider’s availability. For time-sensitive operational questions, use the provider’s confirmed contact details.
