Who to contact

Victoria Falls Safaris is run by Dereck Tafuma. Contact Dereck with questions about the information you share or to request access, correction or deletion.

Information you provide

Our forms collect your contact details and the trip or provider information you choose to submit. We use this to respond to enquiries, prepare requested plans and match planning requests to payments. Please do not submit passport details, card numbers or medical records.

Services involved

Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions. Stripe handles payment details on its checkout. If you choose WhatsApp, your conversation takes place through that service. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts. These services process technical information according to their own privacy notices.

Provider introductions

We will agree an introduction with you before sharing your contact details with a travel provider. You can also contact and book with providers yourself.

Browser storage and measurement

The planning flow uses session storage to remember a random planning reference and whether your intake was submitted in that browser tab. It does not store your name, email or trip notes in browser storage. Leo’s quick answers run in your browser; its messages are not sent to an AI service.

This version does not load a visitor analytics service or advertising trackers. Ordinary hosting and payment service records still apply. Opening checkout is not counted as a confirmed payment.

Your requests

Contact us to ask about the information held for your enquiry, to correct it or to request deletion. Some payment or business records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. We do not use your enquiry as permission to add you to a marketing list.
